Remote Support
We use this tool to login on your computer system and search for reasons for male functions.
Please report your problems always at first via the e-mail contact:
If it is necessary a support assistant will contact you and arrange a remote support session.
Preparation:
- Download the „TripCon-Remote-Support“ – app and install it.
At the appointed time:
Make sure that an internet connection is available during the whole remote session
- Start the TripCon-Remote-Support – app
- Hold ready the ID and the password (s. picture).
- Call the remote support phone number and tell the staff that you are ready for the session.
